I'm going to a gym for the first time in ages today. M. gave me a weeklong trial membership to a place pretty close to home. It could cost me $60 a month, but I think I'd be more likely to work out somewhere close to home than somewhere at school. It makes more sense logistically.

I still have a bunch of crap to do for the first day of my new class that I'm teaching, which is tomorrow. Ugh, I hate writing syllabi, but I guess I should get used to it.

I can't wait to attack my stress with 30 minutes on an elliptical machine or a stationary bike.
