The throat? Still hurts like hell. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with my mom talking about potential dates for the wedding and finally I had to say, "Mom, I'll just e-mail. I can't talk anymore."

I don't have a fever, but my ears also hurt and my neck right under my chin was totally swollen. I'm slightly sniffly, but for the most part can breathe. It's swallowing that kills. TMI, I know.

Needless to say, it's another day of drifting in and out of consciousness on the couch. I just want this over with so I can go back to my life of exercising, reading, and trying to find temp work.
