Last night I saw John Vanderslice, and it was fabulous as always. Such a nice man, and Mikey finally met him too. Good times. We went with one of my classmates and his girlfriend to the Locust Bar and then to the show. At the Locust Bar I ran into a coworker from two jobs ago who now is a professor at Temple. What a small world.
I still have about 2 1/2 hours of grading, so I better get cracking so I can see the Sox game. I really hope this doesn't become the cocktease world series (phrase stolen from the beloved Ruby).
